All the things of him have the sum total of five
Be it his car's number plate,
House number,
Phone number
And everything else that can be numeric
His name has five letters
His birth date falls on fifth
Little did he know that his death has fallen in love with his lucky number too

The bulbs are planted in threes or fives
they are celebrating their fifth anniversary
She surprised him with the box of chocolates
Sweet, salty, nutty and very addictive
Both are being so grateful
that they both swiped right
Now she becomes so restless
although she has an intuitive mind
but this time she failed
He holds his hand takes her before
warm colours in a small garden
And offers her 'this is my gift
'O' my beloved!'

Daily routine; Nine to Five.
I call this a bitter pill of life,
Meant to be taken in a stride.
Dancing to the beat of  same drum
We save the best for another day
Not sure of what future will offer
Our scars defining who we are...
A lone star in the sky, burning bright.

कील चुभी
चीखा एक चक्का
रह गया तीनो हक्का बक्का।

मुसाफ़िर परेशान
जाने किसकी नजर
सुनी है बड़ी सनसनी खबर।

आधी रात
थी भारी बरसात
कहीं रुकने की न हालात।

अंदर सोया
पांचवां चक्का
बोला मेरा वादा है पक्का।

हम पांच
मिला लो हाथ
तब घर जल्दी पहुंचे साथ।
