We all needed peace, shining up lighting up
Streets of the hearts where the rays hardly reached,
Where the moon never beamed and stars never blazed
And it all started when they sat on elite chairs
Complying us in papers and folding us in leather bags
In the middle of the stage, they carried their silly pride
And chopped our smile with those heavy hands
And see their courage, they tell us about our lives
How have we lived and enjoyed the spring turning pale
They announce to us " you are happy " so our heads can hear
They don't have the knowledge of hearts, cause they don't own any
We are just watching the seasons completing their term
We are just hearing the birds wailing for their homes
We are just sitting to witness the sunset and then it's Sunrise!

تم نے ہمارے گھروں میں تو لہرایاے اپنے جھنڈے
لیکن ہمارے دلوں میں ہمیشہ نفرت ہی پاؤں گے
ہم نہ بولے اور نہ کچھ بول پایے گے شاید
لیکن سینوں میں ہمارے ہمیشہ جنونی آذادی ہی پاؤں گے

The stories you won't hear, I want to tell you one
What made me so silent, I want to narrate it here
Those dreamy eyes wait for me when I go home,
Ask me about the ironies they see on the roads
I tell them the same old story to make them numb,
They say to themselves "why are they making us celebrate?"
I switch the lights off to show them the night and its cessation
To many people, we live in the light because they give it
To us and to eyes who just can't bear it. They wish we were there's,
They scream it so that it can reach us, alas! Our ears are full of
The cries that keep us away from them, Our eyes are weakened
By the visions that carry us to graves, They gift themselves
The restlessness of ours, they carry gifts that shun us aside
From the lives, we have been living to survive, Ask our hearts
They will tell you more; we are the same, and so is our faith!

HE IS THERE

How far you can live in the lost shelter, oh man!
How far will you shine in the dust of fame,
Your sun is far away from you, you're in delusion
The light you embrace is of some days, it will be rain
Oh, Man! One day and not so far your flights will fall,
From the sky to the depth of the land, where what matters
Are the intentions you carried while facing the faces!
You can't deny but you can ignore the truth,
You have the ways, you the choice, It's your chance
Oh, Man! You have the eyes, you have your heart
You have all, and above all, You have HIM!
His love isn't something humanly, it is something divine
All your success is with Him, He is the only provider
He is that smile in distress that gives hope in haze
He is that shore that ignites in the middle of waters
He is the tone of peace and the silence in the noise
Only the spell of His name moist the chapped hearts,
Only His remembrance brings back the missing ease
His existence is everywhere, His mercy is in every air!
Don't even look around, Just look into you, HE IS THERE!

From burning my fingertips while flipping the chappati on a pan to making chappati by myself,
Shows my journey from a little girl to a woman!

In the silence of souls, I can hear the hearts screaming!

The fact that we are every day telling ourselves "HUM ABHI CHOTAY HAI" shows how serious and sensitive we as a generation are! Rather than doing it right now, we are planning to do it in the future. I'm not talking about our jobs or our worldly career. I'm talking about something we will be asked for when we will die. And we think we have got our whole lives in doing good deeds, right? If you are enjoying this same thought then let me tell you, if you are breathing right now, no knowledge can guarantee you that you will be breathing this evening as well. Why is it so that we are waiting for the right time/age to obey ALLAH? Can't we see those graves where people of our ages are buried? This veil on our eyes and hearts is destroying our everlasting lives!
Ask yourself if we are big enough to take our decisions, bold enough to live alone, strong enough to face a difficult situation then why aren't we young enough to pray and obey ALLAH (swt)!

Thank you for telling me so many reasons to wear hijab,
to offer salah, to recite Quran
Thank you!
But for me, it's the order of ALLAH (SWT) and this is beyond
any reason this world can ever explain! — % &
