Worst Feeling ???

When you suddenly start missing someone badly, in the night or during the work….in the office…..college…..on the way…window side of bus……or just when you heard something you can relate to them…..but you can’t talk to them. The helplessness, depressing mood, anxiety, feeling of loneliness…..horrible pain which is not physical but you can actually feel that on physical level in the middle or around of your heart like something is not good….like something broken…..like there is less air for breathing…..like you are dying and the worst part you can’t talk to anybody about this feeling….you can’t explain this whole thing to anybody in this world because you don’t know how to without crying 😭😭😭

The psychological literature suggests that when a person has been through a fair amount of trauma,
And if you’re not treated from that trauma,
A certain level of psychosis sets in.
Psychosis is the inability of the mind to deal in a rational way with what’s going on in your life.
And one of the direct results of psychosis is hearing voices.

Sometimes it’s really very hard to stay with all memories we hold with a person who are no longer in our life…..
And we don’t know what to do for move on…. How to survive and how to listen the same music that we have shared & it’s too hard to watch the same movie alone……it’s really heartbreaking 💔

It’s hurts…..it’s hurting so much…
I am not okay..not good…
And I don’t know reason or also not able to stop this feeling….i am tired 😭
I am handling, but I can’t handle this for so long…… i feel broken….something is wrong with my mind….something is not good…..😭

Haal Chaal koi nhi puchta, logo se baat krna maine band kr diya Hain....
