All of us move to the gallows at the end,
Thinking of what we did to earn its wrath.

Slowly, getting swallowed in the shadow and darkened air,
Leaving a thousand of silences for our people to feel and stare.

We don't talk anymore, we don't touch eachother anymore but I love how we still try to protect eachother in those unknown little dark places. It's beautiful. It's tender. Moreover, it gratifies me that I invested my emotions into a simple yet a very kind hearted person.

Relationships are two way streets. It takes two people, their acceptance and denials. If it takes two people to come into it, it should take two to get out of it. That's mutuality.

No single person has the sole right to end that beautiful sculptured base, all the memories, everything in a single night, shattering what all they built together with mere two lines and announce it as a decision without even thinking what the other party has to say to it.

We can't hold onto people, those who wanna slip away, will eventually do, all we can do is make sure that we project the best version of ourselves while they stay, so that they know that we are not slipping away.

HOW TO LOVE A MAN:

RESPECT:
You have to respect his choices and decisions. Give him respect that he deserves.

ATTENTION:
Like you, he needs your attention too.
He needs reassurance as well that he is the only one. Do not give him the reasons to doubt you.

FREEDOM:
Give him the freedom to do the things he likes. Do not box him. Do not choke him in the neck. The truth is, if he really loves you, he will never do things that will hurt you. He has a life to live, don't take that away from him. You are not his world. You are just a part of it.

UNDERSTAND:
He is never going to be perfect. At some point, he will be inconsistent. Sometimes, he will be impatient. Sometimes, it will be hard for him to handle your mood swings. He gets angry too. His mood changes as well.

RECIPROCATE:
Make efforts for him too. Ask him how his day went. Ask him what went wrong. Love him hard as well. Be patient with him too.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY:
Don't lose yourself in the process.

Yesterday, I sat for a while, thinking to erase some of your pictures and found my fingers stepping back in shame of ecstasy.
Afterall, it would be an injustice to someone with those beautiful black hued eyes, garnished with a tiny scar.

BE HAPPY.
You never know how much time you have left with someone.

I maybe annoyed a little,
A little anxious and mad,
but that dosen't mean I've stopped loving you.
I've loved you since the beginning
and I will till the end.

Sitting on the grass, when i see a bit far
This dark sky beholds you and me like a twinkling star.
I often wonder how perfectly your hand fits in mine,
How beautiful those eyes look when they shine.

A dozen times when i fell and couldn't give the best,
I found your arms encircling me, found a home to rest.
There was a chaos running in my sky so blue,
And i ran to seek all of my peace in you.

I searched through each flower that i knew,
But none of them smelt the way you do.
Your skin is covered in a cloth so pure,
Whose gentle touch is my favourite cure.

Walking all these miles, you stood there with me,
Offering a shoulder to cry until my pain was free.
You've made me strong in a million ways,
The depth of which is enough to hold you in the darkest days.

No matter how dense the night of fear falls,
I'll walk with you to all the tallest walls.
My breath will be yours, and all my soul to give,
And all i wish, is to have your heart for all my eternities to live..
