Don't count my scars, cause sweetheart
I've discovered the beauty of grace given
to self it bears healing.
Do not dwell on a number of
my downfalls, why? Because when I fall
I become a seed, I fall once and bounce
back a thousand times.
don't use my past against me, cause I'm
in a journey and I'm continuously learning and becoming a better version
of me.

This year has been magical, l had
to learn to fight my wars in silence,
pick myself up, rebuke myself and laugh at my Own mistakes so I may realise there was a lesson.
Through it all I brought with me my medication, kindness pills, a bottle of forgiveness;
And oh boy healing has been following me everywhere.

It's the moments between
here and there,
that tell our stories that
tell our stories better
than our words.
The few steps that spoke
volumes and the now
That continues in hope.

BEAUTIFUL

I'm learning to crown my imperfections
and I'm teaching my heart to be
grateful for every odd it finds
in me and my soul has learned
to dance with every hurt along the way.

Let us hold on to the days
that smiled back and those
moments that made time to
stand still, and maybe thats
forever.
