The time you are given is actually chances to resurrect what fear has killed in you, being alive is the first form of grace you receive daily. As life lays the carpet of mercy in a form of time, be reminded to take a chance.

Just because they've met you at your lowest point it doesn't give them the right to keep you there. Give yourself the liberty to leave spaces that do not nature your growth after all you are the environment that surrounds your mind.

You've been summoned by purpose, to be reminded that you're what you see, when your eyes are closed in the absence of fear. Now do not allow doubt to speak, you are validated by wind, though we can't see the wind but we feel it's presence and though fear is loud but, your soul can attest of your vision.

May you humble your fears and traumas because beyond those, there are reasons why you are here. No one has your assignments and that is the reason life will greet you even at your lowest point. With your presence, we define power, the ability to grace the day with such greatness. A mirror reflection that needs no validation.

You are all shades of greatness packed in a human form,a touch of uniqueness and formation of continuous change. I hope you'll catch a glimpse of hope, since life still denies your grave a chance of holding you. I hope you heard when the Sun called you worthy today.

With every fall I take, I've learned to be emotionally available to self. I've seen that strength is attached to self-awareness and with every fall give yourself the opulence you serve freely to others, that is leaning on you.

There's a tricky line between being alive and existing, a blurry space that carries moving graveyards. So today I hope you'll catch your breath and live, I hope you'll get to experience you, not what the world expects from you. Remember, your presence is a currency, and you are worthy of being alive in this lifetime.

Breakdowns are hard truth served in reality, they hurt though they keep their purpose of cracking you open, and squeeze what was to form what is. They are a form of being lost in the naked eye, whilst they're way makers of the soul. In simple terms, breakdowns are breakthroughs waiting to happen.
