The snow clad mounatins touching the skies ,
The setting sun and the buzzing fireflies.

The curvy rides along the maze like roads,
Unaware of the destination with passion we strode.

Steamy evening teas with a platter of snacks,
Everytime we saw the horizon we were taken aback.

Up above in the sky with passion we paraglided,
Took group photos like forces allied.

Exhausted we felt with each mighty climbs,
Nonetheless memories were made for life times.

Faltered we had all to make this beautiful start,
THE CANOPIES OF MANALI WILL REMAIN ETCHED IN OUR HEART...

You inspire me to so blog
I am in love with all the buildings
And all the beautiful ceilings
With every architecture that is old
There is a beautiful story to be told
The trip helps me beat the heat
And offers a good exercise for my feet
Can’t stop admiring the bohemian glass
And every souvenir made of metal or brass
With all the happy shopping I pack
Taking with me the wonderful memories back

Lend me wings
To roam the blue skies
And see sights I have never seen before,
I miss those days
When I travelled from place to place
With an elated mind and feet so sore,
Though my compass pointed North
My heart leaped forth
Towards any direction unknown I stepped without fear
Now, harsh as it seems
The reality has steeped in
The whole world is shrouded in mystery and despair.
I had let myself loose
Like a helium balloon
I floated, in and out, here and there,
To see my wandering being
Tied down in pieces of strings
Of restrictions, is too much for me to bear.
I dream of floating lights,
Rainbows and sunkissed peaks
And myself, savouring the sights, stretching my arms,
Just as the magic starts to unfold
My pulse quickens, my senses smooth as liquid gold,
I am woken by the rude, shrill alarm.
