When in my lows, you embrace me,
Teaching me how to be glee.
Closest to me, though you are afar,
Showering your love and healing my scars.

People have known the girl who keeps chattering.
But in the still nights, you saw me shattering.
Frazzled from people calling me mean.
Those tiring eyes solely you have seen.

Writing this ode for my epitome of boon,
With the ink of admiration for the Moon.
Distance between us is maybe of miles,
Still, I'll be your forever adoring Selenophile.

Darkness spread all over the night,
So what, street lights glowed with all their might,
And then it was all clear and bright.

The shopes were all glazing,
Vehicles seemd to be chasing,
Thus, the noise kept raising.

All seemed to be making haste,
And the youngsters have no rest,
But overtaking each other with all their best.

The street lights wrinkled,
But the moon and the stars will always twinkle,
To let their lights be sprinkled.

The vendors shouted to all the unlookers,
To advert them with bright colours,
Vegetables, outfits, etc., in a galore.

Blessings of God is in disguise of Mothers.
She bears all pain,
For her child's better gain.
Isn't she, different from others?

Hearing the national anthem with band,
My soul leaps up with glee
The inner vallour patriotic of ours
Will always stand by our Land.

The chastity of its land,
Gives strength to stand out in every rush,
Can anyone be so tender?
To look after millions of us.

The tri-coloured flag is the symbol,
Of Vallour, Prosperity, and chastity.
My soul lights up with pride,
When I hear it's name.

She helps all in need,
Regardless of the caste and creed.
I admire her, she is incredible!
Her heart is deeply adorned with purity.

This, fathomless amorphous world.
Blindly following the wave of trend
Where is the individuality, now?
All are unaware of the end....!

Repentance, only at intricates,
Isn't the Faith somewhere lost?
Trust is precious and etheral.
It is being broken at any cost.

Anyone can be finely deluded,
This is the reality, but never to be believed!
All around, dearth of altruism.
Oneness is all cleaved.

Indeed, an aesthetic view,
Having reached at the top, my soul splendoured,
Feeling the tranquillity of the land lay below,
Never have I been so cheerful than I am today.

The tenderly breeze accompanied by gleaming sunlight,
Touched my inner soul.
My eyes never witnessed such a appealing sight.
Now, can i be underestimated by the height?

All melancholic thoughts seem to be evanescing.
It's so captivating, and land so pious,
It feels like clouds welcomed me,
With their open arms.

The river seems brimming with charm,
The forest's colossal trees,
The scene was full of serene.
I wonder the enigma of nature!

The clouds were resting over the hill,
Covering hill's head like a crown.
The sunshined dazzlingly,
The waterfall sang euphonious songs.

Is it my figment?
It all feels like heaven,
I pinched my skin with a "ouch!"
Oh! I am really in the cloud's couch.

My heart was saturated with ecstasy and commotion.
The revelry made me blind
Of all other pleasures,
It left it's footprints on my mind.

What does nature really mean?
It is not what is really seem.
It takes so much efforts to nurture,
It is our life's biggest teacher.
Oh! This is the glory of nature.

The nature provides us to nourish,
It is the cause for nation to flourish.
It's life is full of greenery,
The flowers seem to be sweeter than jaggery.
Oh Wow! I wonder its scenery!

The touch of nature is so tender,
Just look at some of the trees, so slender.
It never denies to give us its fruits,
It holds the mother earth with its roots.
It is our first mother, isn't it the truth?

It's heart is so pious and pure,
It's beauty attracts me, it's so allure.
It sees us all equally and thus holds in her lap,
Have you realised, we have become so selfish that we, with nature, seem to create a gap?
Please wake up all from your nap!

Have you ever experienced the havocs caused by it out of rage?
Believe me, you haven't seen her other page.
If she is a mother, then obviously is a fighter,
If you tease her, she will be ignited like a lighter,
And that side of her is brighter!

It all looks misted,
And the Sun hasn't come yet,
The cold air embraced me, when I open the gate.

The glasses of cars, were all blured,
It seemed, wind is thwarted
And the trees are shattered.

Silence has captured glee,
And turned all in pensive view,
The green leaves are only a few.

The patrichor gave me relief,
I wanted to keep it as treasure,
The sight was a pleasure.

Here, an end of a bon voyage,
Departing from it with aching heart and trudge,
Never thought, it would ache so much.
Don't want to untie myself from it's clutch.

Trying to express my emotions via this ode,
They call it school but, for me it was my abode.
Teachers never said but their eyes told,
The deep affection behind their every scold.

The reminiscence makes me smile,
Hey mates, can't we go again for a while?
How swiftly the days have flown..!
Looking back at the memories with a smile and a sadness unknown.

At the end everyone's eyes were brimming,
Our school too seemed grieving.
Our hearts were captured by fear,
Of giving away the uniform that we wear.

Never give up on fight,
Keep your head up real high,
'Cause only the strong survive.
