Never give unsolicited free advice to anyone period. You may feel like u are helping but it makes the situation worse, control your urge to fix 🔧 people, if u really wanna help just listen to and connect with them, they need people to talk and not an emotional mechanic.

The only way to not be stressed is to develop stress resistance over time by gradually exposing ourselves to little mental and physical stress daily and not try to escape using cigarettes or alcohol.

If u want to cry ,cry infront of Allah,offer tahazzud. There is no use of bothering others about your troubles ,u may cry all night ,just make sure no one knows it cuz only Allah can soothe your pain.
