To all those people advocating the idea that 'You should respect only those who deserve to be respected!', you know what guys? What I understand is that you don't need to disrespect them also. If you feel somebody is not worth the respect, you always have an option to simply ignore and move on.

There's a difference between not respecting and being disrespectful and I don't feel you need to do the latter to prove your point.

toh woh subah khoobsurat hoti hai...

Woh ehsaas khoobsurat hota hai.
Woh etemaad khud par,
kuch kar guzar ne ka,

mithaai ke baad jo chaai peeoge,
toh zaahir hai chaai feeki hi lagegi...
Magar socho toh zara-
chai jo mithaai si mithi ho jaaye,
toh kya fir woh chai hi reh paaye?

I wonder how confused we as a generation are. I mean, like we don't want to put efforts into friendships but we want real friends. We don't want to commit, start a relationship, marry, have kids or start a family but we also complain about not having genuine relationships in life.

We don't want to build the connection that we complain for not having. I wonder how we don't want to create the space for the love we crave.

I know adulting is stressful but I'm happy that atleast I don't have to deal with the heartbreak of outgrowing my favourite clothes anymore.

I wish people could understand
that everybody has their own
set of boundaries and principles.
