दहेज प्रथा ~ रंजना चक्रवर्ती।

गली मोहल्लों में उसकी हंसी गूंजती थी,
अब वहां मौत का सन्नाटा है।
घर-घर में जहां शोर गूंजता था।
अब वहां मायूसों का बसेरा है।
हंसी की किलकारियां भी अब,
चीखों में बदल गई।
बेटी की डोली लेकर गए थे ,
पर अब वहां से अर्थी उठ गई।
अगर सबका घर इतना अच्छा है तो,
ससुराल इतना बुरा क्यों होता है?
AC, TV, Fridge मांग कर,
लड़की की जिंदगी का सौदा क्यूँ होता है,
कहने को तो यह दहेज प्रथा है,
पर अब इसको Gift का नाम दिया जाता है|
मां-बाप भी बेचारे क्या करें,
उनको भी शुरू से यही बताया जाता है।
लड़की के घर से सब कुछ आता है,
यह सोच हर एक घर में बताया जाता है!
इन दहेज के चक्करों में,
ना जाने कितनी लड़कियों का बलिदान जाता है।
इतना देखने के बावजूद भी,
लोगों की रूह तक नहीं कांपी है !
समय के रहते हम सब को एक प्रण लेना है,
ऐसे मांगने वालों से हमें ,
हर घर की लड़की को दूर रखना है।

बुरा तो तब लगता है,
जब घर वाले भी आपको समर्थन नहीं करते,
और बाहर वाले तो तैयार ही है,
आपको बर्बाद होता हुआ देखने के लिए !!

तू ख्वाब ऐसा दिखाया कर जो अधूरे ना हो।
जो ख्वाबों में खुशी मिलती है वह असलियत में हो जाए।
वह सारे गम मेरे ख्वाबों में मिट जाए।
जिंदगी के पहलू मेरे ख्वाबों में सुलझ जाए।
बस तू ख्वाब ऐसा दिखाया कर जो पूरे हो जाए।

When she sacrifice herself because of parents happiness.

Isn't it weird?
When he never disclose his real self but says the bride has to discover him once she gets married.
But, still she's getting married to that person.
Is that really weird to say - I don't know that person a bit, how can I marry him to stay forever?
Even After knowing it all, I think she is still getting married to that person..
