ବେଳେବେଳେ ଇଚ୍ଛା ହୁଅ ଜୀବନ ରୂପକ ଉପନ୍ୟାସର ପୁରୁଣା ପୃଷ୍ଠା ଗୁଡିକ ଓଲଟାଇ ପଢିବାକୁ। ଅତୀତର ଭୁଲରୁ କିଛି ଶିଖିବାକୁ ଆଉ ଆଜିର ଜୀବନକୁ ସୁଧାରି ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ କୁ ସୁନ୍ଦର କରି ଗଢିତୋଳିବାକୁ।ବେଳେବେଳେ ଇଚ୍ଛା ହୁଅ ପୁଣିଥରେ ସେଇ ଅତୀତର ନିରୀହ ଜୀବନଶୈଳୀକୁ ଆପଣାଇ ଆଜିର ଏଇ ଅବାସ୍ତବ ଅଭିନୟ ରୂପକ ଜୀବନରୁ ଦୁରେଇ ଯିବାକୁ। ବେଳେବେଳେ ଇଚ୍ଛା ହୁଅ ନିଜ ଅତୀତର ସ୍ମୃତିକୁ ମାନେ ପକାଇ ହସିବାକୁ। ଜୀବନ ରୂପକ ଉପନ୍ୟାସର ପୃଷ୍ଠା ସରିଚାଲିଛି ହେଲେ ସେଇ ସ୍ମୃତି ସବୁ ମାନସପଟରୁ କେବେ ଲିଭିବାର ନାଁ ଧରେନି। ସ୍ମୃତି ର ଜନ୍ମ ଅତୀତରେ ସତ ହେଲେ ଏହା ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ଯାଏଁ ବିସ୍ତୁତ। ଜୀବନର ଅଙ୍କାବଙ୍କା ରାସ୍ତାରେ କିଏ କେତେବେଳେ ହାତ ଛାଡିଦିଏ କେହି କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ ହେଲେ ଜୀବନର ଅଭୁଲା ସ୍ମୃତି ସବୁ ଅନ୍ତିମ ପଯ୍ୟାୟ ଯାଏଁ ଜୀବନର ସାଥୀ ହୋଇ ରହିଥାଏ। କିଛି ସ୍ମୃତି ଜଳାଏ କିଛି ସ୍ମୃତି ହାସଏ କିନ୍ତୁ ସବୁ ସ୍ମୃତି ସବୁବେଳେ ସାଥିରେ ଥାଏ ଠିକ ଯେମିତି ଅନ୍ଧର ଲଉଡ଼ି ପରି। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ବୋଧହୁଏ ଆଜିବି ଶହ ଶହ ବର୍ଷ ପୁରୁଣା ତାଜମହଲ ଆଜିବି ପ୍ରେମର ପ୍ରତୀକ ହେଇ ଶୋଭା ପାଉଛି ।
