ಜೊಡನೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇಬ್ಬನಿಯು
ಆ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯ ವನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ ನೋಡುತ

ಆಗಸದತ್ತ ನನ್ನ ನೋಟ ಸೆಳೆದಾಗ ಮೋಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಮುಳುಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಕಿರಣಗಳು ಆಕಾಶವನ್ನೇ ಬಳಿಸಿದ ಆ ಕೇಸರಿ ಬಣ್ಣ
ಹಕ್ಕಿಗಳ ಪಿಸು ಪಿಸು ಕೂಗು
ನನ್ನನ್ನೇ ಮರೆಸಿತು
