To do atleast one thing everyday that you absolutely love!
It could be a small gesture as sitting alone with a cup of coffee,
Or as complicated as resigning from daily chores and taking yourself out for a favorite meal or movie or even a drive.
All this.... without feeling guilty! That's the important part!
