We get in to a profession with basic knowledge. Over the period of time through experience and amount of Hardwork we put in,we attain grace in whatever we do. While seeing the grace in our work we do ,there are some people appreciate the amount of Hardwork that we put in behind, and some may quote it as "God gifted".This can be seen in both the ways The first is it may hit an individual slightly because of the hardwork they have put in over the year getting overshadowed by saying it as "God gifted".
