Often, team members advocate trust to project a sense of high moral value, while in reality, they withhold critical information, operating on trust and transparency of convenience rather than genuine connection. This superficial display of trust fuels mind games, as people pretend to be what they think the boss or the environment wants them to be, further eroding authenticity.

We preach for equality, yet silence the voice,
We claim to love nature, but make a poor choice.
We seek social justice, yet turn a blind eye,
In the name of compassion, we let kindness die.

Let’s break these chains and truly be wise,
As we celebrate Dussehra, let’s open our eyes.
For a better tomorrow, together we stand,
Choosing what’s right, hand in hand.
