It’s okay not to feel ok
It’s okay to feel depressed and down,
The sky may not always be bright and shiny
Sometimes it may be dark and brown.

Stay strong, stay put
Believe in yourself as you should ,
Carry them failures like prized possession
“Pinch of faith, an ounce of belief”
Thats all you need to reach your destination.

Yet, some try hard defying it.
It’s unavoidable, can’t run away from it,
It’s inevitable.

Why so stressed? why depressed?
Why dwelling on unnecessary thoughts?
Give your mind some rest.

Listen, life is not fair:
I am very much aware,
Everyone slips once in a while,
Dont let it pester you ;
Why do you care?

I am thankful I am alive.
It sucks at times but its still "One Life"
I ain't a saint too, I have my own demons,
As they say: Make lemonade if life gives you lemons.

So, chill, relax and be happy,

Jo v ho jaisa v ho kaam to kaam hai re
Aamdani atthanni, kharcha rupiya, muft me Munni badnaam hai re.

There was a time when :
We played outdoors
Happily merrily we did our chores,
We used to fall and still laugh out loud,
We built sand castles and felt so proud,
We ran around and dirtied our clothes,
A candy decided friend from foes ,
We had fun watching Tom chase jerry
Everyday was an adventure: Thrilling and scary,
We fell asleep to our mother’s sweet lullaby
Nothing felt tastier than her home baked pie,
We rode horses at our dad’s back
Down by the corridor he was our steering rack.

Gone are the days,
Now only sweet memories remain,
Ah! How I wish I could venture
Down by that memory lane
If only! I could venture again
Down by that memory lane.

ज़िन्दगी की इस दौड़ में
कुछ आगे निकल गए
कुछ पीछे छूटते गए,
कुछ रिश्ते नए जुड़ते गए
कुछ नाते पुराने टूटते गए,
कुछ ख़्वाब पुरे हुए
कुछ सपनें अधूरे रह गए!

मंजिल तो फिलहाल मुक़म्मल न हुआ
सफर ये अब तक जारी है,
घिसता जा रहा पहिया हर घड़ी
नजाने कहाँ तक की सवारी है !

तो चलते चलो फिर बढ़ते रहो आगे,
बेख़ौफ़ बेधड़क बन तय करो सफ़र
जब तक ज़िन्दगी खुद सफ़र में - विराम न लगादे!

इन्ही बेतुकी खयालों में
ज़िन्दगी का आधा मंज़र गुज़र जाता है
जब सीख लेते हैं खुद की खुशियों को तवज्जोह देना
तब तक अक्सर देर हो जाता है.

इसीलिए बन्दे, जो करना है वो समय रहते ही कर लो
चाहने से भी गुज़रा लम्हा लौट के फिर ना आता है !

किसी के लिए बेहद हसीन है ज़िन्दगी
किसी के लिए दुखदाई ग़मगीन है ज़िन्दगी
जिसके सर पर न छत हो ना हो खाने को निवाला
उसके लिए बेरंग, कठिन है ज़िन्दगी,
है दौलत और शोहरत जिस किसी के संग
उसके लिए रंगीन, आफ़रीन है ज़िन्दगी !
