she found herself at the rock bottom.

We all want to control the outcomes of our actions when in reality we cannot. So we overthink to get a sense of control but in reality overthinking cannot make any change to the outcome. We must learn to let go. The only solution is to believe in ourselves and in the universe, that the right things will come to us at the right time and that everything is being taken care of by the supreme energy above us. Things will work in our favour only if we let go of control and allow ourselves to be open to Life. Planning is good but not everything happens according to our plans so ultimately nothing is in our control. Remember, no plan is greater than the plan of the supreme power.
