The clock striked 12,
And I wasn't a kid anymore.
Though it was my day then,
But there was silence in the core.

I was called an adult,
Everyone said, welcome to the club.
As if entering to a different world,
In it's principles, you'll be swirled.
That holds a mature you,
That holds the responsible you;
The compromising, the pleasing you..
Though you might have those qualities already,
But there's a question raised, for the next level,
Are you ready?

The behaviour I recieved, was weird,
As if I've become a male figure with beard.
People starts anticipating the extraordinary,
Even those things which aren't necessary.
Why is it like this??....is my question.
I'm trembled in the pool of emotions
I wanna stay in my childhood.
I'm hunged to my death,.
When I entered my adulthood.

The year is wrapped up,
Jus like it's ready to ameliorate.
Winter, landed on the streets,
Where the snowy wind and flakes meet.

The year is in its senescent phase,
The teachings and lessons it portrays.
Filled with emotions n chaos,
Entailed broken trust and heartbreaks.

Many dreams accomplished,
Many unsuccessful stories,
Some failures at the time,
But....It didn't lose it's glory.

It's the beginning or the end,
It's hard to understand,
But one thing is persistent,
We get through everything by the years we spend.

Now..Let's flip the calendar to make a start
Cheers to the ends, and the beginning awaits.
With the sound of midnight bell,
Another year has begun.

Soothing calm voice in my ears,
My eyes pouring tears.
Sitting beside a window, gazing the sky,
Stars, moon, fireflies, all seemed a lie.
Broken pieces of heart, with a bruised soul,
All those touches you gave, became sore.
My face professing fake smiles,
As you were the reason for it.
Now that you left me alone in this,
It shattered me bit by bit.
The things you did to me, my mind's chaotic;
Were your vows meant to be fake?
Or was it your love that gave all the ache?.

Get to understand,
They're just boys,
A human, not a toy.
The feelings they show are not trash,
The way people react to them;
Their hearts' crash.

Get to know they're just boys,
Let them have a voice,
Moving their mouths,
But they never speak,
Coz they're jus birds with no beak.

Suppressed, depressed and wisftfull they feel,
They got deeper wounds, would take forever to heal.
They do things that annoy,
But don't forget, they're jus boys.

Just the boys who simply needs friends,
Patient, loyal, kind till the end.
They too need a guardian to walk along,
To understand, to help, to sing a song.

Take them with you when you walk,
Listen to them when they talk,
Their companionship too, you enjoy,
Don't forget, they're just boys.

With a heart full of ache,
And a mind full of queries,
Hoping not to make a mistake,
I walked the path to talk to the moon and sun,

Both appeared different, as I came closer to them,
One gave the warmth I craved for,
One gave me gleam, to see through detour.
For once I thought I've found my place.
Now I dare to give it a chase.

Finally I reached my destination,
In between the sun and moon,
Had a natter and an experience,
I'll never forget their true appearance.

They taught me alot,
But one thing in my mind got a spot.
Whether it is sun or the moon,
Both have equal importance in one's life.
The sun taught me that it's okay to disappear sometimes,
To let the other one spread the light
And the moon taught me to come back at the right time,
To never loose your shine.

Everybody wants Happiness,
Nobody wants pain.
But you can have a little rainbow,
In between the rain.
The raindrops drenched in pain,
Touches my heart,
All the memories grief,
Are torn apart.
My soul is cleansed with pure love,
Someone's pouring love from sky above.
It seems someone like me out there,
Is showering the peace on me, which is rare.
I ponder, it's my guardian angel,
The one who heard my inner voice,
The pain inside me had wrinkle.....

You held me in your arms,
And suddenly I was a lilac sky.
You painted my soul colourful,
The colors, pastels n dry..

Under were the scars, bruised n brutal.
Your touch was a cure.
Only you could feel the emotions,
The emotions, wild n sober.

I was in need,
In need of you, jus you by my side.
Even though, that was a dream,
I could feel you in my arms,
Even though it wasn't real,
But it cured my scars.

You gave me feelings,
Like no one ever could;
Then left me alone,
Like no one ever would.

That time of dusk, when we met,
Millions of stars;
And we under them.
Holding each other and swirling around,
With my happy place, away from crowd.
You playing with my hairs,
I'm looking into your eyes,
That's when I see, they're shining bright.

That was a peaceful moment,
Jus me and you with day sublime,
We making memories, for the first time.
In these few hours, I lived a lifetime,
With your love n care,
You're all mine.

Today was the day,
I held myself after years,
Grabbed a pen, and inked,
Got no thoughts, no words to write,
No feelings, no emotions to describe.

Seems to me, I've lost myself,
Tripping in the world could be dangerous.
My words lost, my ink stopped,
Not a single word, the paper is burnt.

My mind is tired, tears are freezed,
Eyes worn out, thoughts ceased.
Got nothing with myself, not even my words.
My heart's aching, since no feelings left,
Only my pillow knows, how many times I wept.

It's getting heavy, I can't hold it anymore.
I'm selfless, I'm raging out,
Inside me, there's a war on.

I don't know what it means to be brave,
I only know, you'll earn respect when they'll see you in the grave.
They never cared for what you want,
You gotta decide, what's good, what's not.

They'll drag you down,
They'll tear you apart,
But you'll turn things around,
And make a start.

They won't ask about your sufferings,
They'd only criticize you for,
What you had in the beginning,
Becoz they won't see what's in the core,
They'll only expect more and more.

So, let the world spit the hell about you,
Let them treat you like hell,
Coz only you know what you've been through,
Nobody gives a shit, whether you speak or yell.
Stay strong and calmed, let the time decide your way,
Move towards your goal, and change your gloominess into gay.
