ONE SHELL FROM EVERY BEACH

On sandy shores or rocky coasts,
I wander, my heart seeking solace amidst nature's beauty.
Each time, a ritual unfolds—a humble tribute to the seas.
I collect one shell, a token from every beach I ever visit. These treasures, fragile and unique, hold tales untold.
Some bear the hues of sunrise, whispered secrets of distant lands.
Others echo crashing waves, legends of mighty tides.
Each shell tells a story, a chapter in my coastal odyssey.
And as I hold them in my hands, I feel the world within, an endless mosaic of places I've wandered, memories forever cherished in seashells' embrace.

DREAMS COME TRUE IF WE JOURNEY TOWARDS IT HONESTLY

When we see a dream with open eyes, more often then not, they look beautiful.
The thought of the road to paradise is often conflicted when our eyes see that dream come to fruition.

One doesn’t achieve the beautiful dream without facing the challenges to get to that dream.

Be what you’d like your kids to be - Kind!

Aim to be the person who goes, “what were you saying?” When someone is interrupted. Aim to be the person who tries to genuinely understand people’s point of view. Aim to be the person that smiles when people make eye contact to you. Aim to be the person who actually cares to listen to the answer when you ask people a question. Aim to be the person who waits when you see someone lagging behind in the group. Aim to be the person who asks the people that seem a bit off whether they want to talk or not. Aim to be the person who invites others to join the group. Aim to be the person who says compliments out loud. Aim to be the person that checks upon when someone isolates themselves. Aim to be the person that celebrates others success. Aim to be the person you’d like your kids to be - A kind one!

I call it ‘the painting of dusk’
The last sunset of 2021..
There’s something about the way the sunset vows for a beautiful rise.
A glimpse of the evening sky is enough to make me dream in the colour of sunset.
And the warmth of the sun withering away with each retracting beam of comforting light.
It’s enchanting how it withdraws to due west.
The chills feel like Alchemy, for the sky is pink, peace, yellow,Tan ….
….And sometimes soft blue and still awash with light
Or shall I call it golden beams resting into golden dreams
To dance through New Year’s sunrise?
