इश्क़, ईतना तुमसे कि
मेेरी दुआ में सदा हो,
इतना ख़ुद से कि
मेरे साथ कभी नहीं।

किसी आग के दरिया से गुजरा है,
वो जो आज दरिया दिल दिखाई देता है|

And then I thought to myself
If we are advancing with technology
Why do we find natural retreats so rejuvenating?

Life appears to be that jigsaw puzzle
Pieces of which went missing with time.

Creative Block

Limits of my creativity
Found new horizons
Sometimes pushed by pain
Sometimes by love
Sometimes soaked in rain
Sometimes in rainbows.

The ocean wept
***
That still ocean
Has pain burried
Which the moon pulls up
Tides are tears of ocean

It was a poet indeed
Who romanticized with pain and tears
And turned blues into pinks!

Grief Doesn't Need Validation

Funny thing about grief is
It's so personal,
Yet goes through public screening of validation
How long should one grieve?
Whether or not one should grieve?
Maybe one's grief doesn't cross
The threshold on their scale!
Maybe they want one to cheer up
Because life goes on
And one will eventually one day.
But grief is more than personal;
It's intimate!
So maybe drop the scale of validation
One never asked for it!
May be
Just be with them
Or let them be.
