I've been ripped apart
Chopped into pieces
Burnt into ashes
Amidst the silence of the darkness

Yet I'm born again
To slaughter your ego
To thrash every rule you've made
To keep my head high
To look straight into your eyes
So that you could realise
That I won't bend.

Yet condemned me
From voicing an opinion
Sharing my story
Letting another find comfort
For their struggles
Through my words
