Life is a series of routines. We set up a routine, we get bored of the routine, and we break the routine. After a point, we end up with a a weird routine of mess that we again plan and create a new routine. We become excited about it before we get bored of it. Sometimes we simply change routine for novelty, for betterment, or to get better from the sufferings we think we can fix by fixing ourselves which is true to some extent. And who says they don't have a routine are not so right. They have either bad routines or rotating routines because being human we need routine. To live, to survive, to exist.

While setting up routine and habits you won't just fail at day one. You will fail on day two, day five, day ten, and so on. And when you fail you don't have to be angry or too much concerned but just remember it is part of the process. And follow it the next day. That's how the routine is which can be missed on day 500 and still work on day 1000 if you keep working it will work for you.

We keep running with/without energy and then get tired. Not so surprisingly,  that tiredness feels good at times. Because that's the only time we let ourselves be for a while before we pick up that scrolling machine. But how long will we go with this? One day we will get so tired that we might wake up but will be barely awake. We already have seen what that looks like in some teasers and trailers from time to time. So how do we get out of it, how do we break the loop, control the energy, or better manage the energy?
