Silly me, how can anyone else match a mother's affection..

One of my favourite memories of Independence Day has to date way back to my childhood days when I would wake up early in the morning & then along with my dad would go to a nearby school where he used to be the chief guest for the flag hoisting ceremony. On my way back to home, I would buy two small plastic Indian flags from some man selling it on his bicycle on the streets and then proudly put it on the two sides of the television and then keep a note all the day that it doesn't fall on the floor. That was the most innocent & purest form of patriotism I knew, because I knew I haven't got to let the world know of it, because they know, who I'm, intrinsically.

Growing up, these are the fading memories that I live with and wish, everyone could take care of the Indian flags in their hearts in their own way. Jai Hind!

All she wanted was to love
people unconditionally, in all times
as she knew how less it is in all of their lives.
