इक लंबे सफर के बने थे हम राही
दूर खड़ी मंजिल अपने पास बुलाना चाही
पल- पल में गुज़रता लम्हा नज़र आता था
हर एक पल से कुछ गहरा हुआ नाता था
दोस्ती की गहराई समझ में आ गई थी
जब समय वहीं था और बातें कई थी।
उस सफ़र को अब मैंने शब्दों का रूप दे डाला है
कागज़ के टुकड़े से जल्दी दोस्ती ये करने वाला है
वो बीता हुआ समय अब कभी वापस न आएगा
पर ये कागज़ का टुकड़ा मुझे सब कुछ याद दिलाएगा..
