A GLIMPSE OF A FAIRY
A deep silence surrounded,
As I was drowning into my thoughts,
Far away from earthly imagination,
To the world of Neverland,
I searched for the elixir of love.
In the land of pixies,
I came across a maiden in the meads,
She was covered with grapevine,
And tiara on her head,
Holding a pot of nectar.
And as the incoherent rays of sun;
Fell on her hair,
Golden laces of it;
Fetched my eyes,
Elated by her damask cheeks,
Bounded by her charm;
Made my feelings snug and warm.
Smitten by her smile,
Lost in the whirls of her cheeks,
Which slayed my heart,
With crimson love all around the floor of it.
At the sight of such beauty,
My hands deep within,
Extended to bring forth her,
To the throne of my heart.
