1. PLEASE REST ASSURED THAT.. : Instead of saying "Please don't worry, I will take care of it definitely," you can say, "Please rest assured that I will do it."

2. MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY: You can use this in place of, "Take it or leave it."

3. MOVER AND SHAKER : You use this to describe someone who is the big shot, someone who can impact a field greatly. For example, you can say that, "SRK is the mover and shaker in the world of Bollywood."

4. HARD NUT TO CRACK: Instead of saying, "It's so difficult to understand this puzzle," you can say, "This is a hard nut to crack."

5.PICKING UP THE SLACK: Imagine saying, "My sister doesn't do her part of the chores and I am always picking up the slack." How cool is it compared to "And I always have to do everything on my own?"
