I don't remember by 10 year old self now
She is buried beneath 2 decades
Of confusion and self doubt
Of being passive aggressive
And yet very hopeful
Hopeful of the future
Of brighter days
Of people who would listen to her stories
And love which would be overwhelming— % &I don't remember my 10 year old self now
She is probably digging herself in text books
Imagining stories in her head
Making up poems as she walks to the school bus
And on the journey to home back
Hoping someday she'd have a voice
That people would care to listen— % &I don't remember my 10 year old self now
She lives in a box of my memory
I know she is down there somewhere
Knowing how amazing has been this journey
Of self discovery and empathy
Of speaking out and celebrating victories
Of inclusion and all the failures there have been
Working on becoming the woman of her dreams — % &-
Dear self,
I know you are facing
hard days right now,
but I admit that one day
you’ll be proud on your self
for not quitting my sweat heart.!
Stay a little longer good days
are coming on the way.!

Dear younger me,
Only if I can tell my younger me (u) that just hold on the things u love. Just don't let ur guards down. Stay a little stronger 'coz many heartbreaking things are yet to come. Don't get attach too easily 'coz they never last longer. Just run behind things that make u complete. & remember that ur older me is always proud of u. U have always influenced me more. Whether or not ppl ever stay beside u, u'll always find us together connected at single situation. I just wish that u appreciate wat u have, u never know wats not for tomorrow. I just wish u to live a life which u always dreamt of.

You're gonna grow sick of them anyway eventually.-
Dear five-years-old-me,
If I could, I would have loved to tell you every single thing that you've been going through all on your own. Yes, some days are harsher than the others, but guess what, you still exist! And right now I could not feel more proud of you, for taking all those wrong choices, that you'll blame yourself for, later.
Just keep doing whatever you're doing.
I know you can take care of yourself.
