in nooks you won't expect,
smudging words
that were never inked.

No matter how hard
you try ironing those
with your memories,
they won't disappear.
It's not easy to
outweigh my memories,
heavy with time
spent remembering,
with the lightness of
yours spent in oblivion.

If you accidentally come across
some deserted soul
lingering around your self.
With courtesy, if left any,
ask it to return to my
vacant body.
It left my abode to
seek a habitat in you
where of course it got battered.
Consequently,
that pathetic deadbeat
lost its way to this
wretched owner.
