मैंने थोड़ा थोड़ा चलना सीख लिया
इस बीतते हुए साल के अंत तक..
मैं इन्हीं लडखडाते कदमों से
डगमगाते, अपने आप को स्थिर करते हुए
तुम तक पोहोंचना चाहती थी
तुमको दिखाना चाहती थी कि
मैं उतनी अपाहिज नहीं हूं
जितना तुम समझते हो
तुम सोचते थे कि मैं हर बात के
लिए तुम पर निर्भर रहूंगी
इसलिए शायद तुमने मेरा साथ छोड़ दिया
तुमने मुझे अपनी काबिलियत साबित
करने का कभी मौका ही नहीं दिया
जैसे इस बार तुम मुझसे मिलने
के लिए राजी नहीं हुए, वरना मैं
तुम तक अपने स्थिर कदमों से
पोहोंचना चाहती थी.
तुमको दिखाना चाहती थी कि
देखो, शायद अब मैं काफ़ी बिना सहारे के
चल लेती हूं, तुम्हें सहारा देकर शर्मिंदा नहीं
होना होगा..👍
पर तुम मिले ही नहीं....
शायद तुम भी उन जैसे ही निकले
जो किसी की काबिलियत,
किसी की जीने की लालसा देख कर
खुश नहीं हो सकते...
सोचती हूँ, मुझे ही ऐसे लोग क्यों
मिलते हैं, या लोग ही ऐसे हो गए हैं
