• THE DUSKY DUNGEON •
Into the dismal, ebony dark and damp,
Even the faintest naked light couldn't enter.
The darkest prison of oblivion,
Where screams were muted and tears were dried .
The crushing cannibalistic rampage
Of some entity filled up the conjuring air.
Meandering pathways vanished there ,
And rodents squeek the chilling floor.
The angry spirit trapped in the dark dungeon,
Scans the skies and limbless mourns descend.
Icy breaths announce an impending doom,
And the fading warmth touch the quivering chest.
Cryptic mysteries pound harder on the rocks,
And the dungeon door beats and race.
Savage faces and unfriendly groans ,
Play orchestra in the dungeon room .
The maimed corpse hung suspended ,
In unnamed havoc.
Deep within the flesh the hounds are heard,
Under the dungeon door.
In the solitude of darkness ,
Mystical orbs overshadow the heaven.
Some poised, distressed soul cry for relief,
Or a mere illusion from the sockets of wall.
