मुस्कुराने का दिल किया, तो मुस्कुरा दिए।
सारे गम-ए-शिक़वे, आज फिर भुला दिए।।
बहुत रो लिए, अब कुछ करने का इरादा है।
मुस्कान की मिठास, आंसुओं से भी ज्यादा है।।

पर्वतों ने रोका, हवाओं का ज़ोर चलता रहा
वो परिंदा 'वक़्त' था , बेफ़िकर उड़ता रहा

बहुत हुआ..
अब हँसते हैं,
गुनगुनाते हैं!
आज रास्ते,
खुद बनाते हैं,,
जो कर रहा है दिल..
चल आज!
वो सब कर जाते हैं।।
