Hey reader,

Yes, this is an excerpt from my life as you could possibly fathom from the hashtag above.

It is a tale from when I was in class 10th. A girl had joined my class section lately as she got transferred from a different city and pretty much like all kids, we boys had an excitement to see who gets to talk to her first. No, I was not the one, relax. I might have been probably one of the last 10 to talk to her due to a simple reason that I was very shy.
But even despite that, we got along quite well. From "Ahem"s in Biology classes to stories of Games we played during our free lectures, it seemed to be going along pretty well.

This was until the day she told me she had an incurable heart disease which shattered me to pieces. Who wouldn't wish well for a friend? I lived saving myself and consoling her for next two months that she'll be okay and that I'm sure her parents would figure something out.

But it was I who figured something out a little later when I came to know that this whole story was a lie that we lived as a part of a bully bet. Yes, it was all a lie.

We haven't spoken eversince.
