Justice is expensive not everyone can afford it.

Pity the nation who takes hell lot of years to provide justice to a rape victim and their family and a handful amount of hours to provide bail to the guilty.

Judicial system in India Part 2

In our judicial system there are some loopholes if any incident happened with anyone & if he/she reaches to nearest police station then it is said that particular area doesn't come in their jurisdiction & if some adult person is missing, if victim's family members reaches to police station to file FIR, It is said by police personnel that they don't file FIR because missing person is adult FIR will be launch after 24 hours, all these loopholes gives time to criminals to do what ever they want. If anything worng happens to missing person is judiciary system take the responsibility of that, if not then who is responsible for miss happening? My question is that
all these things are right? Is our judicial system needs some improvement?
Same thing in our courts, if one court find the person guilty then he/she file petition to higher court everyone knows he is criminal all evidence are against him if high court punishes the criminal then criminal goes to supreme court if supreme court also gives punishment to criminal then criminal goes to President & case runs for years. As it is seen earlier.
Is all these things are right in our judiciary system?
