Surreal!

We are
rugged gravels
Scattered around
a murky road,
Until a torrent breaks
And throw us off
Into the bowl.

With love in your heart,
even if you enter
the darkest cave on earth,
you'll come out with Truth.

A grateful heart
Thanking God
For allowing me
This breathing hour
Of a new sun.

You'd see sparkle in the eye
Or notice dry scales dressed up
And glistening through the sunlight,
A rare fish was it,
The kind water brought it up
All the way from its birth,
But the shallow river and even
The great sea could not quench
The thirst it had for years,
And though impossible it may seem,
Irony hangs heavy on your knees.

Whenever these eyes
Became helpless
With burning flow
Of living rite,
Words came out
Through the veins
And on a white blank space
I contemplated
About this eternal cycle
Of being hurt
And hurting someone
For the same.
And almost all the time it seemed
That the latter is more painful
When I feel.

I hate winter.
Its dreary silence
Of lonely nights
Gives voice to
Every little scar
Buried inside the heart.

-

City of walls and boundaries
Do not feel what bright colours
Splash up to the brim,
Tired rainfall
of a summer night,
Indifferent eyes
of a street light say
Hope and wait,
If you please,
Follow the rest,
When sorrow comes
Keep it to yourself.

When the thoughts don't know how to put it in words and the words don't know how to express the thoughts,
Are the thoughts overwhelmed by words or the words overwhelm the thoughts?
