A Coffee Mug Near the Window,
A Sunset, An Old Tree, A Dish Of food,
Many Such things We intellectualise leaving far behind The Things & Thoughts We should,

Hypnotised,

Mesmerising with a full moon,
Serene with a new moon,

લખી જાણતો જે વાત, એ વાત કઈ હતી?
રહેતો જે રાતનો રઘવાટ, એ રાત કઈ હતી?

ખૂટી પડયા છે શબ્દો હવે લખવા માટે,
જે બેસતા જ સરી પડતી, એ રજૂઆત કઈ હતી?

લખી જાણે એ, જેણે દર્દ વિતાવી લીધું હોય,
વિતાવી છે ક્ષણો અનેક પણ, એ ઘાત કઈ હતી?

'વાહ' કહી વધાવી તો લીધા એમણે,
અટક બોલી પૂછી પણ લીધું, એ જાત કઈ હતી?

ચાલતો રાખે છે કાંટો ઘડિયાળનો એ,
આજે ચાલે છે, કાલે દોડીશ અને પછી ઊડીશ પણ,
ખાલી એ યાદ રાખજે કે, એ લાત કઈ હતી?

સમુદ્ર કિનારા ને એવો ભેટ્યો
જાણે એને આ જ એકાંત ની જ રાહ હતી...

એ બન્ને જ જોવે, એની અંદર ડૂબતા સૂરજ ને,
વરસો થી એવી જ એની ચાહ હતી...

અને

આ જોવે શવ કલ્પના થકી જ
એમા જ આ ક્ષણ ની વાહ હતી...

When the mind & heart become allies;

When the boundaries exist
but its existence is merely for the sake of it;

When the flora and fauna are free of all;

When all the windows open just to gaze the sky;

Archives of long-lost memories
are then to be found
inside the mind self quarantined from years....

મારા વાંચનથી કે મારા લખાણથી
જો ના સમજ્યા આ વિચાર મારો,
