Sandy opened her eyes, and saw the girl standing by the side of her bed.

She knew she was having a nightmare-except this one was real.

She had many of them, in her as yet decade long career as a Fed who dealt with violent crimes. But the apparition of the girl was real. The girl, dressed in white, had a pale complexion. And her mouth was down shut. Her eyes gouged out.
