"Don't be negative"

Is simple to say but negativity is not something that develops in a moment or session but it is outcome of so many unfortunate conditions of past which have captured your mind as well as heart.

तभी फूलों की तरह धोखा, अपनी ही शाखों से खा रहे है

My heart was filled with love
Up to the brim,
I wanted him to dive in
To find the pearls pristine,
However, he was only intended
In developing the crevices.

Since then, my heart is craving
For someone to stop it's dripping

So that our souls can cuddle

जलता रहा दिल रात भर, मगर कभी पिघला नहीं
बहते रहे आंसू, मगर मन हल्का हुआ नहीं

आह तो है दिल में, मगर निकलती नहीं
मौत तो आई है, मगर राख वाली नहीं

पंख तो हमारे भी है, मगर आजादी नहीं
लकीरें हजार है, मगर वो किस्मत नहीं

आंखों में कहानियां बहुत है, मगर अंत नहीं
चेहरे पर मुस्कान है, मगर कोई वजह नहीं

फूल सी ज़िन्दगी है, मगर कभी खिली ही नहीं
चढ़ता रहा नशा हमें, मगर प्याले में कभी जाम थी ही नहीं

Once touched by betrayal
It's hard for it to open for another

1990 से जल रहा, मैं कश्मीरी पंडितो का घर जो ठहरा हूं

When you realise
The best way of celebrating
Any festival
Is to sleep peacefully

Love made me realise,

A Rose
Hurts
More than Thorns

I'm strong, I'm stubborn, I'm rude
Is what I'm today
But a part of me, the sensitive one
