First they die of money's greed
& then their health betrays them
for their earlier juvenile deeds.
Finally, that money goes to some hospital
As they lie on an AC room bed
paying for their daily stay.
First their money gets consumed
& then their feeble sick body
where for so many years
they didn't live, but just stayed.-
Leave me in the greenery of leaves.
Cities are filled with
grey emissions & dark minds.-
Isn't it what you wanted?
A job that pays well,
A love that cares & shares.
A life where freedom & peace prevail
A family whose love's pure and rare.
Still, every time when something goes wrong
You just complain about destiny & fate.
Not thinking about the happy memories
which many dream to exist in their life.-
What's life?
Precalculated number of heartbeats & breaths
A journey whose destination is not in your hands.
Moments that define joy, excitement, sadness, & death.
A theatre where you don't know your complete script.
What's life?
If you're born, you're sure to die too.
You fly away, for others to rue.-
You know the day you arrived
and you know one day you shall depart.
If that doesn't inspire you
to accomplish something big,
what else will?-
Fleeting moments of happiness
followed by
unbearable lasting impressions
of struggle, suffering, and sadness.
Time flies
but this vicious cycle keeps on repeating.
And over a time,
people & society start accepting
that your luck is bad
& you were born in a wrong time.
That's life.-
We can't heal
if we don't know the reason
why we fell ill.
And sometimes,
there's no reason or justification
for some pains in life.
And so sometimes,
we are never healed.
We just flow with wounds sealed.-

When life was peaceful even with less money.
When life had goals to score & not future to secure.
When did those adventure genes vanished
Leaving behind a soul, lifeless and tired
just acting as the world wants it to, like a liar.-
