I saw houses without those twinkling lights.
You saw houses decorated with fine tiles,
I saw people craving for few flash of smiles.
You saw people posting Deewali tweets,
I saw people desperately looking at those heaps of sweets.
You saw people wearing new clothes,
I saw people glued in cold to get a tea froth.
You saw people bursting crackers,
I saw kids bursting laughter just by seeing them.

Diye jalte hain idhar magar roshni nahi pahunchti hai udhar...
