In the midst of her suffering,
She waited patiently for that moment to come,
When she could finally open her wings.

Never understood, that her mind was the only barrier she had,
Wanted to fly, afraid of heights.
Wanted to run, afraid of falling.
Wanted to enjoy, afraid of regrets.

Until the day arrived,
She knew it may not be right.
But she also knew, she had to be brave and fight.
With the risk to fall,
She cracked the shell,
And took her first flight.
