Sat he there at the very shore; his eyes searching for something.. something which lies way beyond the horizon. Yet he lost himself in the great abyss within!

Howbeit the agonising pain; I keep going back to this battered bench in that deserted corner of the park. Where we learned to dream , the happy little world of ours.

Even after all these years, why?....why am i gravitating towards it? Is it those moments we had or the emptiness i feel?

Maybe it is this excruciating pain which is binding me together.

" What is it? Is everything fine? " He texted.

She just burst into typing; as if she was desperately longing for this question for a long time now.

She typed unceasingly as if the time may run out on her.

But all those words; those emotions and feelings were devoured and perished under the backspace.

Only to reincarnate as a cliche.

" Nothing. Am fine :) " she texted him back.

"I know am just a page in your book." She said

"Well; that lone page was the only reason why i was reading that book." replied he; with a crooked smile.

The roads are clogged.
I am on my way home.
I wish there was someone back there to open those doors for me.

The house is empty.
I am even more.
Me & my solitude;
All that's left.

Sometimes the world gives you tiny hopes as knots to hang on to.

Which makes our fall even more disastrous.

Laying there he was with a longing heart. And for the first time in a long time he was awaken by the cool breeze and the dark skies.

As if it bring forth the revelation of her arrival . Finally as she decended from the blue; bestowing thyself to him.

He embraced her with all his heart.

His body, her soul; they reformed as one, as she melted into him.

The true disaster lies where; when something as beautiful as love cripples you, abandons you and finally devours you.

He could afford the tickets to any place under the sky. Nevertheless there; where his heart belongs.
