"I love you", he said, reading the script.

But the unscripted "I love you too" in her
voice received a standing ovation.

He was brave enough to
sacrifice his life for the country.

And his wife was brave enough
to gift the same uniform to his son.

2 AM.

"Are you feeling sleepy?", She texted.

"Are you kidding", he laughed, holding the cup of coffee and rubbing his swollen eyes.

"I'm getting married!! Stay happy without me!", his sister stated after a fight.

Hearing this, his tv remote laughed but the old rakhi in his cupboard cried.

"Why are you not coming
home this time", his mother asked.

"Because we are cleaning
our home", replied the soldier.

"I love you", he said.
"I love you too", she replied.

Voice notes were his
favourite lullaby.
